Hi all, hoping someone can help. I noticed yesterday that the nut on the end of the shaft where the choke cables connect is missing. No problem i thought as i, like many others have a bucket of screws nuts and bolts collected over the years from various holdens i have owned but no luck.

I have the nuts from the other 2 carbs to compare but have had no luck in matching something up. Are these things some rare thread?

Cheers, Gary

I haven't got a CD Stromberg to check, because they are British, it may be BSF(British Standard Fine) thread, just a guess.
