Im heading down to Coolangatta for Cooly Rocks on this year. Arriving at the Gold Coast Thursday and leaving the Gold Coast 6:30am Sunday morning... Thats the only flight home on the Sunday....
Im guessing the Saturday night at Willowbank for the Winternationals is the pick of the night, but not sure how Ill go having to get up and head home first thing the next day....
What is the Friday night like?
Mainly wanting to see the Top Fuellers.

Assuming you are hiring a car and are staying around the Coolangatta area, Willowbank is a 140km journey away, with a minimum (least traffic night drive) 1h45 travel time. Saturday night wouldn't be my pick of times to go if you are flying out that early Sunday morn. Friday night will still be a good time to get the ultimate fix of noise, speed and acceleration that only top fuels can deliver.

Cool cool, yeah will get a hold of a rental car. I notice there is a super cruise of sorts on the Saturday night at Coolangatta also. So that would be good to see.
Staying at Kirra just round the corner so pretty close by.
