I don't know the back story to this photo.  It looks like a HDT rally car, but with slicks. The driver eludes me as well. I am pretty sure that isn't Colin Bond.

I thought it was Bond at first look. Looks like an LC updated to LJ? Possibly one of the HDT 1971 Bathurst race LC's?

Colin Bond #14 in the 1972 Dulux Rally. The car is one of the 1971 LC Bathurst XU1's upgraded to LJ XU1 spec. Peter Brock #11 also competed in the 1972 Dulux Rally in the other 1971 LC Bathurst XU1, also upgraded to LJ XU1 spec.
