Glad to see that!
Yep thats me. The car isn't set up for drag racing so it will be interesting to see what it does being a 5 speed manual.Glad to see GMH355 there (this is the Centrifigul charged one from the cruise right??) Would be interesting to see the 1/4 times it produces..

It all comes down to how she feels behind the wheel, If she's happy to give it 50% then it's all good by me... if she can handle it at 100% then go for it!
But i really do want her to drive it a little bit more before she gets to the WOT situation
And man.. if she can shave 1/2 a sec off my time I'd be WRAPPED!

on a better note, next time it will be safer, as ive got an explosion proof flywheel to go on, aswell as some yella terra roller rockers.
Will be there for a look, as mum refuses to let the SS run the 1/4.
but we (step dad and me) will be there for a gander and a chat. hope to catch up with you all.

I might work on my old man to let me take the VZ 3.6l up.
The only thing is that the tires are getting a bit down, still got like 2mm before the little rubber markers??

Youngy: You dont *HAVE* to do the burnout when drag racing, infact often with street tyres a small skid just to wipe off the water is better than overheating the tyres with a big smoke show! I wouldnt be too concerned about 2mm of rubber before the treadwear blocks.. just dont do a burnout, just race it to have some fun!
It's getting close now!

As long as youve basically got no fluid leaks, Radiator overflow is plumbed back in (catch can/bottle), your netural safety switch works for automatics and battery is secured then you should have no problems!
it's all fairly logical stuff really.. there is a PDF floating around that should answer alot of questions earlier in this thread too.
Cheers!
