No worries! Ive got a mate (he was at the last drag day running his HQ one tonner) with a GSXR750 and a CBR track bike.

He was going to bring one or both as his "extras" just incase his ute went boom! haha

wonder if i can run the malvinstar 21 speed easy fire. give you blokes a run for ya money :stirpot:

yeah its all good just waiting on wsid to confirm price on monday then the bank will open and its all go for saturday the 4th of august.how fast has it come around i hope you all have your unfinished projects finished soon.
i wont be putting the regs up they are available to look at in the previous years threads but commonsense prevails.
suitable clothing long sleeve shirt and nothing flammable fully covered shoes.
your helmet must have as1698 on it somewhere and be in good order
your car doesnt have to regod but must pass scrutineering
nobody to go under 12 secs without an andra licence
no body to go under 11 secs or you go home.
bank will close on the tuesday before the 4/8/12.if you pull out after the thursday the 2/8/12 you forgo your fees as it will have been sent to wsid but you can organise someone else to go in your place and they can pay you.apart from that its all pretty straight forward.and of course no question is stupid so feel free to ask but please allow a couple of days for an answer as silly bugger here is allways at work lately.

Yeah all is good, thanks for asking Rob. I damaged the diff in the car i was intending on racing (orange LH Torana) & all available funds are being put into my 355 SL/R project, which unfortunately won't be finished in time for this event.

ok well all is confirmed the cost for this year is $235 for a primary driver which includes photos on a cd like last year and $285 for you and a secondary driver,which also includes the disc.
this sounds a lot but as we said last year weigh it up against your $50 for a wed night where you are lucky to get 4 runs and no pics on a disc.my car did 35 passes last year so divide $285 by 35 and it is a cheap day.there will be no video so feel free to bring your own equipment.
the photo cost is compulsary as its too hard for the photo bloke to know who has paid and who hasnt but im sure you will all agree jason's work is top notch.
