Heres some pics of my mates turbocharged 308, he had this motor in a SS hatchback with a toploader and 9" with 3.5lsd. It only run 10psi but it could burn rubber in top gear if you could hold it there.

Motor was basicly stock 308 crank, fordgies with X rods, bottem end studs, L34 heads and copper head gaskets. I can try find out some more specs but my mate brought the motor from Lylydale all complete and we never realy new too much about it.

OK got a 3.7 9inch, and a muncie 4sp, just looking at engine options!!
Ok so a 304 is a good base. But really only better for the heads rods etc.
What about a 308 block prepped for a eagle 355 kit, scat or similar rods, blower pistons, vn heads, with a "Injected" single plane manifold.
What do you recon getting this far would cost????????
Or just use std crank and rods and just get the pistons, heads and manifold? (cheaper option) Its just to tempting though with the eagle prices!!!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully going LPG Liquid Injection now as its just about to hit the market :tease:
If it delayed or it to expensive then just LPG carb.
This might mean being able to run without a cooler as the phase change from LPG liquid to vapor will absorbe a fair amount of heat, we will wait to see how much!

Or as i am going from a 6 to an 8, do what others have done and go a chev(makka), as i am changing just about everything anyway! What would it cost to set up a 350 to smiliar specs for a single turbo?? ARGG to much to think about.....
