I missed the request for some pics of the modded tubes, I "might" have some pics, will have a look.

As for 2.5" tail pipes over the diff, mine has that as hand made pipes using mandrel bends. It also has the large centre 9" housing, it does bump occasionally, but not often, a while ago I considered modding the floor above the diff with some pipe to create a lil more clearance like you often see in hotrods, but not sure if its worth the effort.

Hey guys, have any of you had dramas fitting the 2.5 inch system over the diff without any of it hitting the floor or diff??

2.5 inch is a piece of piss to fit. My old LX had a twin system over the diff using commerciall available pipes at the time. Fitted fine with the nine inch and std fuel tank.

A few people have got a 3 inch system over a nine inch in a LH/LX but I believe it required custom work and therefore extra dollars.
If you were handy you could get a bunch of bends and tack together your own custom fit pipes over the diff.

The hookers are the muffler IMHO. Sound phat too !
